Setting your default mail program (Windows XP)
Your default mail program is launched when you click on the Send Email
button on the
People tab
. If you click on this button and the wrong mail program is launched you
can correct this by doing the following:
- Click on Start and then Control Panel.
- Double-click Internet Options.
- Click on the Programs tab.
You should now see the following window:
- Click on the
E-mail
ComboBox
(circled in red above) and then click on the email program you want to use.
- Click Apply then OK to complete the process.
