Statement Messages Defaults

Statement Messages  are a collection of messages that can be printed at the end of a statement.  For more information click here .  When printing a statement Panacea will decide which Statement Messages  to use according to the following:

• Panacea will first look at the patient's account.  The Messages field is on the Settings tab  under Statement settings.
• If the Messages field on the account is set to Default then Panacea will look at the funder (if set).  The funder's statement messages are configured on the Statement Settings tab .
• If the Statement messages field on the funder is set to Default - or no funder is specified for the account - then Panacea will use the defaults set on the General tab  of Statement settings  (System - Practice Settings - Statements - Statement settings).
