Transaction Analysis Report

This report allows you to analyse transactions that have been captured, including invoices  and all other transactions .  The report provides totals, but also allows you to "drill down" to the individual transactions that made up those totals.

You will need to specify the following before generating the report:

  • Use the Date range / Period range selector  to specify what transaction dates should be included.
  • Select the transactions types to include in the report by clicking in the checkboxes  of the desired transaction types.
  • Click Select All or Unselect All to select or unselect all transaction types.
  • Click Go to generate the report.

Click here  for general information on working with reports.

After clicking Go the report will initially look something like this:

If all you want is totals then the above report should suffice.  Click on the  or  to hide or show subitems.  For example, if you click on the  next to Payments by funders the report will be expanded to show the following:

You can expand the report even further by clicking on the  next to a subitem.  For example, if you click on the  next to Tiger Brands the report will be expanded to show the the individual payments that made up the total:

The Transaction Analysis Report also provides a document map  showing how the totals have been broken down.  Click on an item in the document map  and Panacea will take you directly to that part of the report.
