Medical Practitioners List Report

This report provides a list of the people  on your system that have been configured as medics  (medical practitioners).  Typically this would be a list of medical practitioners that you deal with on a daily basis, e.g. for referrals.  The checkboxes  at the top of the tab configure the report as follows:

Group by practice type
This checkbox  determines the order in which practitioners are listed.  If checked practitioners will be grouped together based on their practice type .  Otherwise they will be in alphabetical order.

Include telephone numbers
This checkbox  determines if each practitioner's telephone numbers  should be included on the report.

Include addresses
This checkbox  determines if each practitioner's preferred address  should be included on the report.

Include notes
This checkbox  determines if each practitioner's notes  should be included on the report.

Doctors only
If this checkbox  is checked the report will only list practitioners that are GP's or specialists.  Auxilliary professions (e.g. physiotherapists and occupational therapists) will not be included.

• The # column is the practitioner's person number .
• The BHF No. column displays the BHF number which is captured on the practitioner's Medic tab .

The Medical Practitioners List Report also provides a document map  showing the practice types  in the report.  Click on a practice type  in the document map  and Panacea will take you directly to that practice type  in the report. The document map  is only available when Group by practice type is checked.
